One of the most impressive details about the Fling Kings, they include the JConcepts Aggressor (#3414) 2.6” x 3.8” wheel, making them even more scale in monster truck appearance. No details were spared on these mud runners, the V-type tread is replicated to a T and the top of the tread carries a slight recess adding a little touch of depth to the appearance. Off to the side, the tire lettering hits hard with retro style JConcepts lettering, Fling King logo and crown with #3084-part number for easy identification.
The medium-soft “yellow” compound which is recommended for dirt, grass, and asphalt. The "gold" compound feels harder to the touch and excels on carpet, AstroTurf and polished concrete surfaces and expands less during high-speeds.
Notes: We do recommend upgrading your LMT to use the JConcepts 17mm Hex Axle Kit #2981. This will give you a much stronger setup.
As the RC industry creates more monster truck vehicle options, a true heavy-duty 17mm wheel was necessary as a direct bolt-on item. The Aggressor wheel is familiar, on the outside it looks like its successful sibling, the Tribute wheel. However, to accommodate some of today’s trucks, the Aggressor is beefed up starting with thick wall sections throughout the wheel and a reinforced 17mm hex adaptor with a ten-leg bolt pattern that locks and keys into the wheel.
To fit many of today’s solid axle and independent suspension monster trucks such as the Losi LMT, Traxxas Maxx, E-Revo 2.0 and Arrma Kraton, the inside of the wheel is raised to a 3.8” bead mounting diameter. The 2.6” outer bead diameter combined with the 3.8” inner diameter makes the wheel incredibly versatile and can fit to an array of vehicles on the market while still providing that monster truck look. The wheel comes with an optional planetary cover so finishing off the look in realism can be a reality.
The Aggressor wheels include hardware for 17mm hex adaptor, planetary cover and is available in white, black, yellow, and silver colors. The wheels fit to JConcepts tires #3084 Fling Kings and #3085 Renegades made specifically for 2.6” x 3.8” wheels available in yellow and gold compounds.
